We are not willing or obligated to participate in dispute resolution procedures before a consumer arbitration board.

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages under general law (§ 7 Abs. 1 TMG). Under §§ 8–10 TMG, as a service provider we are not obligated to monitor third-party information transmitted or stored, or to investigate circumstances suggesting illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general laws remain unaffected. Liability is only possible from the moment we become aware of a specific infringement. Upon becoming aware of such infringements, we will remove the content immediately.
